Please note that after we process the refund, the payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the funds to your account. This timing is controlled by the financial institution and is not fully controlled by our website.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds are issued in USD. The refund amount will usually include the product price paid by the customer. Since all products include free shipping, there is no separate standard shipping fee to refund.

If a discount code or promotional offer was used, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid at checkout.
